Interventions.

Coming soon! Currently in the process of testing the efficacy of two intervention programs for older adults: (1) an anti-bullying intervention and (2) a suicide prevention intervention.

Current Projects.

Research projects for the upcoming year will focus on studying the efficacy of two intervention programs: (1) a suicide prevention program targeted at middle-aged and older adults and (2) an anti-bullying bystander intervention targeted at older adults. Additional studies ongoing exploring gender identity in mid-to-late adulthood and the impact of intersectional identities on helping behavior to prevent sexual assault.

Community Resources.

Almost all of my courses are integrated service-learning courses. As part of their coursework, students create materials for local community organizations and agencies.
